Norm has directed King-Casey’s research activities for nearly 30 years. He has helped our clients better understand consumer behaviors through analyses of responses to brand positioning, branding, store design, and visual merchandising.
Consumer insights (using various disciplines) are routinely utilized to assist in the development and assessment of optimized menuboard strategies and executions.
Norm’s experience with restaurants and foodservice clients, in particular, includes multiple assignments for McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy’s, Del Taco, Hardee’s, Denny’s, White Castle, Olive Garden, Long John Silver's, Blimpie, and many others.
Previously, Norm was an Associate Research Director and, later, Manager of Marketing Information Services at BBDO Advertising.
