Problem Detection Research. We determine the problem consumers have with our client's food and beverage menu items, as well as their physical menus (menuboard and hand-held). Our proprietary methodology enables us to unearth problems based on severity and frequency.
Attitude and Usage Research. We determine consumer attitudes toward our client's menu, and how and when they are using the menu.
Menu Communications Research. We determine the communication and persuasion abilities of our clients’ menus.
Pre and Post Optimization Research. We utilize pre and post-testing to determine a benchmark for existing menu communications and how new menu communications compare and resonate with consumers from a business-building standpoint.
