Ted provides planning, consulting and design services in the areas of Foodservice, Laundry, Warehouse, Solid Waste, Financial Modeling, and Project Management.

 

He has worked with a diverse array of foodservice projects including restaurants, c-stores, hotels, resorts, casinos, convention centers, education, stadia, healthcare, and theme-parks.

 

Notable brands making up his practice are; Walt Disney Company US and France, Parker's Kitchen, Hyatt Hotels, Starwood, Penn National Gaming, Irving Convention Center, Baha Mar Resort, Hillsborough County Schools and many others. 

 

Previously, Ted served as Senior Vice President and COO of Bertucci’s, President and CEO of Semolina Restaurants and Corporate Vice President, Procurement and Food and Beverage for Ameristar Casinos.
