Latinicity is a collaboration between Chef Richard Sandoval and Chef Jose Garces. The 22,000 square foot space located in Chicago opened this month and features 12 unique eateries, a tapas restaurant, café, wine bar, market, event space and lounge. King-Casey worked closely with the Sandoval team to blend science with creativity to develop merchandising and communications strategies and designs that would optimize the customer experience, grow sales and drive traffic.
