In his position at King-Casey, Tom is a hands-on design director and program manager, working closely with clients, while directing interdisciplinary teams of designers to produce on-target and on-time results.
Tom’s 29-year design career has produced award-winning solutions in the disciplines of product design, exhibit design, and retail merchandising, communication, and store optimization.  Tom’s design philosophy focuses on the needs of the consumer, knowing that it’s their enjoyable experience that ensures the success of any design solution.
Tom has been involved in all aspects of the creative process, beginning as a designer with King-Casey in the 1980’s, and moving to Dictaphone Corporation in the 1990’s to lead the development of ground breaking digital communications products.  Now back with King-Casey, Tom’s many creative efforts throughout his career have been rewarded with numerous design and engineering patents.
