The Situation

Storage Deluxe is one of the leading companies in the Northeast providing storage space, products and services for personal and business use.
With a significant expansion effort planned, Storage Deluxe contracted King-Casey to strengthen the brand, it’s retail facilities and customer experience prior to their expansion effort.

The Solution

King-Casey developed a new branded retail environment that not only delivers a more pleasant and friendly customer experience, it is focused on generating increased revenue for Storage Deluxe through improved merchandising of storage related products and services.

The Results

The new branded retail environment developed by King-Casey was initially built out and tested in a new prototype location, and is now being built in new ground up locations and for upgrading existing Storage Deluxe facilities.
